| How
do I create an account? |
| All you need to do is register as
a new user or shop and then go to checkout, if your account
is not registered, fill in all the registration information
then. Please remember your username and password. |
| How
do I edit my account information? |
| You will need to log-in and then
go to my account. You can change any information here but
remember to save any changes. |
| I
forgot my password. |
| Go to the log-in page and you will
see a space in which to type your Email address. You will
then be emailed your password. |
| What
are my payment choices? |
| You can choose to be billed the amount,
be an account holder and settle the amount in 30 days or use
Worldpay credit card payments which are secure. |
| When
will my credit card be charged? |
| This system uses realtime credit
card intergration. On your bill you should see a payment to
Ursus Online. |
| Do
I have to pay sales tax? |
| If you live in the United Kingdom
you have to pay VAT. International orders do not pay tax. |
| I
need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |
| After a successfull transaction you
will be sent an email stating what you bought and how much
you spent. You may then go to your account and see a receipt
which can be printed out. |
| How
do I return my product? |
| Please mail any items back to us
with a covering letter stating the reason for return and if
a replacement is required within 14 days. All goods should
be undamaged and in good working order. A refund will then
be authorised but unfortunately we cannot pay for the postage
at this time. |
| How
much is my shipping? |
| If you live in the United Kingdom
then the shipping is free. All international items will be
charged extra.Any heavy items will be calculated after the
order has been processed so it may be wise to Email us first. |
| When
will my order ship? |
| If the item is in stock then it will
be shipped the same day if the item is placed before 2 p.m
GMT. If after 2 p.m. then it will be processed for the following
day. If the item is out of stock we may contact you to see
if you still wish to continue and a estimation of how long
it will take before the item will be in stock. |
| Do
you ship internationally? |
| Yes. You may opt to pay in Euros
or United States Dollars. |
| What
is the return policy? |
| All items must be unused and must
have there original packaging. |
| Has
my order been shipped? |
| If the item is in stock there should
be no problems. But you can track your order. If you live
in the United Kingdom and require Special Delivery you must
tell us in the comments box at the time of the order and we
will add the extra charge at invoice time. |
| How
do I track my order? |
| You can go to your account within
the shop and check that your order had been despatched. If
you use Special Delivery with the United Kingdom then you
can use Royal Mails website to track the order with the number
we will give you. |
| When
will my backorder arrive? |
| We will try our utmost to get your
item within 14 days. But in the eventuality that there may
be a problem with the supplier, we will contact you for further
instructions. |
| How
do I cancel my order/item? |
| You must contact us as soon as possible
either by phone or Email. But in the event of the item already
being sent out you will incure any postage charges. |
