DIRECTIONS
From
Chester:- Take the A548 out of Chester
past the Racecourse on the Sealand Road. When you
get to the roundabout stay in the right hand lane.
Go over the roundabout straight on and over the
bypass. At the next roundabout take the second exit
onto Welsh Road. You will now be travelling adjacent
to the bypass for about 3/4 of a mile. When you
see a large billboard saying "Land For Sale"
and a bus stop, turn left. Follow the road to the
end and then turn left again. Bears is straight
in front of you.
From
Wrexham:- Take the A483 bypass towards
Chester. At the end of the bypass go straight over
the small roundabout. At the next big roundabout
take the A55 towards Wales. Continue until the road
splits taking the A494 towards Queensferry. Carry
on until you see the Chester exit at the Gateway
to Wales Hotel. At the roundabout, take the second
exit onto Welsh Road. You will now be travelling
adjacent to the bypass for about 3/4 of a mile.
When you see a large billboard saying "Land
For Sale" and a bus stop, turn left. Follow
the road to the end and then turn left again. Bears
is straight in front of you.
From
North Wales:- Follow the A55 towards
Chester until it becomes the A494 to Queensferry.
Carry on until you see the Chester exit at the Gateway

Mid-Wales:- Follow the A494 via Bala
to Ruthin and then carry on all the way towards
Mold & Queensferry. Carry on until you see the
Chester exit at the Gateway to Wales Hotel. At the

Manchester:- Follow the M56 out of Manchester.
Stay in the middle lane when you get to the Queensferry
option and follow until you see signs for Chester/Flint
and Deeside Industrial Park. At the roundabout take
the exit for Zone 1. Follow the road over the mini
roundabout and Bears is right in front of you.
